Vice President, Sales

They are seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead their sales organization, focusing on bookings performance, pipeline health, and team development across various workforce applications and consulting services.

Responsibilities

Own bookings targets and sales performance across all offerings
Drive pipeline development, deal quality, and forecast discipline
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and development plans
Provide hands-on leadership in complex, high-value sales cycles
Execute go-to-market strategy across Asymbl’s portfolio, including:
Salesforce-based workforce applications
Digital labor strategy and advisory offerings
Salesforce consulting and managed services
Strengthen Salesforce co-sell execution across account teams and regions
Partner with Marketing on positioning, enablement, and demand generation
Provide structured market feedback to inform product direction and packaging
Partner closely with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
Ensure strong handoffs from sales through delivery and value realization
Align customer outcomes, renewals, and expansion opportunities with sales strategy
Represent the voice of the customer internally

Qualification

Required

10 or more years of sales or revenue leadership experience with companies in SaaS, HR tech, workforce solutions, or consulting
Direct experience leading sales teams at Salesforce or within the Salesforce partner ecosystem strongly preferred
Genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI), digital labor, and the future of work, with a desire to apply emerging technologies to real business outcomes
Proven success selling Salesforce-based software and professional services
Demonstrated ability to scale enterprise sales teams and revenue
Experience with Salesforce co-selling, partner-led growth, and complex deal cycles
Leadership style grounded in clarity, accountability, trust, and execution

Preferred

Background in staffing, workforce solutions, or adjacent industries preferred
Consulting or advisory services sales leadership experience strongly desired
