Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans
Independently develop and review code
Contribute to the go-live plan
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irving, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java
Preferred
Strong knowledge and extensive experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and best practices
Highly proficient in Hibernate, JPA, relational (Oracle), and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Experience with Redis or equivalent for caching and performance optimization
Proven extensive experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Shift-Left testing strategies
Knowledge of API Gateways, Service Discovery, and Distributed Tracing (e.g., Spring Cloud Gateway, Eureka, Zipkin)
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, CheckStyle)
Understanding of security best practices for backend development (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security)
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
