Responsibilities
Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
Develop optimization strategies to improve usability, user experience, and conversion performance
Identify growth opportunities through detailed analysis of user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics insights with business goals and priorities
Translate complex datasets into clear, engaging insights through presentations and dashboards
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments using testing and optimization tools
Support conversion rate optimization initiatives through behavioral and funnel analysis
Ensure data accuracy by applying data quality checks and governance best practices
Stay current with analytics tools, testing methodologies, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least five years of experience in website or digital analytics roles
Strong expertise with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and testing tools
Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data
Strong business acumen and ability to align insights with marketing and enterprise goals
Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
Preferred
Certification in Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or testing platforms
Experience with personalization and multivariate testing strategies
Background in user experience or conversion optimization programs
