Responsibilities
Source, develop, and manage a portfolio of CRE and C&I loans, including both owner-occupied and investor real estate
Drive new business development through strong client relationships and market knowledge
Maintain full compliance with the bank’s credit policies and applicable regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience, with a strong track record in both CRE and C&I lending
Demonstrated success in new business development and portfolio management
Solid understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field)
