Responsibilities
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot secure network connectivity for remote locations using DSL, cable modem, and other broadband technologies
Configure, maintain, and support network security devices, including SonicWall and Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless equipment
Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving network security and connectivity issues, including traffic anomalies and performance degradation
Perform basic network traffic inspection and analysis to support incident response and security investigations
Collaborate with the Information Security team to help enforce network security standards, policies, and best practices
Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and third-party vendors to resolve outages, service disruptions, or security-related concerns
Support deployment, upgrades, and replacement of network and security equipment at remote and corporate locations
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, security controls, and troubleshooting activities
Participate in scheduled maintenance, on-call rotations, or after-hours support as required
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a network support, network security, or IT infrastructure role
Working knowledge of core networking concepts, including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and routing fundamentals
Hands-on experience supporting or administering: SonicWall firewalls
Cisco Meraki networking equipment
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues
Understanding of basic network security principles, including firewall rules, secure remote access, and traffic monitoring
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness and ability to travel to ACE Parking locations in various states as needed
Preferred
Experience supporting networks across multiple remote or retail-style locations
Exposure to information security operations, incident response, or compliance initiatives
Familiarity with VPN technologies (site-to-site and remote access)
Relevant certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or vendor-specific firewall/network certifications
