Responsibilities

Define a long-term strategic vision for site operations focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Oversee data sets to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Establish challenging objectives for the site and lead teams to exceed them
Recruit and retain a diverse workforce aligned with organizational values
Strengthen relationships with internal teams and stakeholders for greater collaboration and success

Required

12+ years relevant tech leadership experience in regulated financial services, preferably banking
5 years of leadership experience managing teams
Proven experience upgrading or building bank-grade technology environments, especially during transformations
Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, core banking platforms, payments connectivity, and IT operations
Strong familiarity with compliance regulations such as FFIEC and GLBA
