Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
Manage cash flow, grants administration, and funding compliance to ensure optimal resource allocation
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with policies
Lead the annual audit process, serving as the primary contact for external auditors
Develop financial strategies and recommendations to support executive leadership and the Board of Directors in decision-making
Collaborate with senior management to evaluate program costs, support development initiatives, and plan for long-term financial sustainability
Identify and monitor financial risks, creating effective mitigation strategies
Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members, including recruitment and performance management
Ensure proficiency in financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
