Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrative support for government and contractor test engineers, enabling them to focus on technical objectives
Manage all office support functions, including scheduling complex meetings, maintaining organizational charts and distribution lists, and creating efficient office procedures
Handle all correspondence, track action items, and proactively follow up with team members to ensure all deadlines and project milestones are met
Maintains the Project Tracker of test events. Tracks and reports funds balances for Air Ops C2 programs
Setup and manage SharePoint and flight/program TEAMS channels
Oversee the entire lifecycle of test documentation (test plans, reports, CONOPS, etc.), ensuring all materials are meticulously reviewed, formatted, and free of errors
Edits, coordinates, tracks, and maintains all documentation for signature including but not limited to Test Plans, test Concept of Operations (CONOPS), test Letter Reports, and various other reports and documentation
Act as the administrator for test data collection system(s). Specifically, managing system configuration and event setup to meet test requirements
Lead the test data collection process, including the technical editing of Test Problem Reports (TPRs), data entry, and generating custom deficiency reports
Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of the primary test data collection system in use
Provide direct administrative support for critical test meetings, including Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), daily briefings, and technical reviews
Maintain the master schedule and calendar for all C2 flight test programs, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key dates and events
Must be able to travel to various contractor facilities, test sites, and other OCONUS/CONUS locations as required
Must have the flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet mission-critical requirements
Manage the disposition of official records in strict accordance with DoD and USAF standards and processes
Prepare detailed meeting agendas, capture precise notes and action items, and generate statistical reports as needed

Required

US Citizenship
Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field and at minimum of 3 years of applicable experience is required. Six years of applicable experience may be substituted for an applicable BS Degree or four years of applicable experience and an applicable Associates Degree
Proven experience in a complex administrative or project support role
Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Attention to detail and strong editorial skills for proofreading technical documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Experience with data management systems and a high degree of computer literacy
Effective oral and written communications skills, good interpersonal communications skills and be comfortable working in a team environment
Proficient in the use and integration of MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Power-Point
Understanding and proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro (e.g.; create PDFs, forms, export, etc…)
Must be able to obtain/maintain active Secret clearance

Preferred

DoD acquisition project management experience
Knowledge on the use of database applications (e.g.; Microsoft Access)
Understanding of development test and evaluation processes, specifically - acquisition program development and detailed knowledge of Air Force C2 test methodologies including AFI 99-103
Knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies in a development environment
Experience working within a DoD, USAF, or government contractor environment
Strong understanding of the DOD acquisition, weapons systems, DT&E and OT&E processes
Experience interfacing with multiple stakeholders to define project scope, maintain project status, develop schedules and budgets, and develop project documentation
Project Management Professional course work or certification
DoD operations, test or project management experience
Experience in one or more of C4ISR, Range maintenance, Data Links, Defensive Systems or Cybersecurity in the test planning and execution environment
Ability to develop, track, and report programmatic information on DoD Programs
