Responsibilities
Manage and oversee trade shows for the organization
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful events
Develop new ideas and troubleshoot challenges during the planning and execution of trade shows
Maintain and improve the organization’s trade show planning system
Travel for tradeshows as needed, including weekends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or similar
5+ years of experience leading and managing trade shows ideally within machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industries
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams, vendors, and partners
Strong multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail while managing multiple events or projects at once
Self‑motivated and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in high‑quality work
Highly organized with strong initiative, time management, and the ability to work independently
Creative and strategic thinker who can develop new ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and solve problems in real time
Ability to follow, maintain, and improve the organization's trade show planning system
Ability to travel for tradeshows as needed including weekends
