Responsibilities

Architect and manage the growth marketing strategy that integrates various marketing efforts
Lead demand generation initiatives to build and scale predictable pipelines
Oversee performance marketing across major channels, optimizing for efficiency and results
Formulate and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth and inbound demos
Develop ABM and outbound marketing programs targeting high-value accounts
Manage event strategies, ensuring ROI and effective lead follow-ups
Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights to enhance strategy and performance

Required

5-7 years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, with proficiency in both sales-led and product-led approaches

Expertise in performance marketing channels: paid search, social media, SEO, and ABM
Analytically minded, skilled in using dashboards and attribution models to drive decision making
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Branding
Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex ideas
Resourceful with a focus on optimization and system-building
