Analyst, Global Security Operations (12 Month Contract) - Bilingual

New Grad, Entry LevelCIBC is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world, and they are seeking a Bilingual Analyst for their Global Security Operations team. This role involves monitoring requests for images and video to support investigative work, managing escalations, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
Monitor the shared mailbox throughout the day, log new requests, validate required details, prioritize by urgency, and assign to the appropriate team member within established timelines
Liaise with stakeholders to support CIBC’s physical security efforts. This will include establishing lines of communication and a network of good professional relationships. Providing advice and support to various internal stakeholders on the overall physical security systems program and associated administration
Create and maintain case records, track progress to completion, and follow up proactively to keep work moving and prevent bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada
Attention to detail and clear bilingual communication (English and French)
Ability to monitor a high-volume shared mailbox, intake and validate requests, triage based on urgency and scope, and assign cases to team members for fulfillment
Experience in managing day-to-day escalations and keeping requestors informed
Experience in completing quality assurance reviews before cases are closed
Ability to collaborate closely with both internal partners (Client Care, Fraud, Crime Prevention, Investigations, etc.) and external partners (Law Enforcement)
Experience in the development and maintenance of tools (e.g. SharePoint, databases, websites, MS Office templates)
Experience in the development of management reporting materials and supporting ongoing program governance initiatives
Ability to create and maintain case records, track progress to completion, and follow up proactively to keep work moving and prevent bottlenecks
