Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Cambridge Source Office Assistant Program supporting financial advisors with administrative and client service tasks to ensure department effectiveness
Lead a growing team of internal associates providing daily operational and client service support to our financial professionals
Provide coaching, performance management, career pathing and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and engagement within team
Applies deep knowledge of hiring practices and staffing services to strengthen how financial professional offices receive support
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence within the Office Assistant team
Develop and implement onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development programs to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality performance
Partner with financial professionals to understand their evolving needs and ensure the office assistant services are aligned to maximize efficiency and satisfaction
Identify and implement best practices, workflow improvements, and service enhancements using metrics and advisor feedback
Ensure services provided by assistants remain within regulatory and compliance boundaries of broker-dealer operations
Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Training to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of the program
Interface within the company in a professional and courteous manner to achieve the Company’s common goals and ensure communication of those goals and statuses to all necessary parties
