Demand Gen Marketing Manager
Global Recruiters Black Hills (GRN) is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform focused on modernizing commercial construction change management. They are seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns to drive awareness and revenue.

Responsibilities
Build and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline velocity
Own planning, execution, and optimization of paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
Develop and run ABM programs for strategic and enterprise accounts
Design lifecycle and nurture programs for top- and mid-funnel audiences using buyer intent signals
Partner with Sales to create tailored outreach programs, landing pages, and nurture sequences
Influence lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stage definitions in partnership with RevOps
Track and report on key metrics including pipeline volume, funnel conversion, CAC, and ROI
Build dashboards and regularly communicate performance insights
Continuously test and iterate using A/B testing and data-backed insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
Strong command of full-funnel marketing and pipeline analytics
Hands-on experience with ABM, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and attribution
Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps
A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience marketing to construction, industrial, or field-based industries is a strong plus
Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
