CPS, Inc. is a leading provider of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) services specializing in retirement plans. They are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Remote Sales Consultant to leverage technical understanding of ERISA matters to drive revenue growth through sales of TPA services in the Texas territory.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities within the defined territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries to drive sales growth
Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their retirement plan needs and demonstrate the value of our TPA services
Leverage your technical expertise in ERISA matters to provide consultative guidance and ensure client plans are compliant and optimized
Articulate complex retirement plan concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients within the target market of $0 - $100M+ in assets
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

Required

Strong technical understanding of ERISA matters
Solid understanding of retirement plan structures, compliance, and regulations
Ability to collaborate with existing leads and actively prospect for new opportunities
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with Advisors, Attorneys, CPAs, and other intermediaries
Ability to conduct thorough consultations with potential clients
Skill in articulating complex retirement plan concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotes
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Ability to provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
