Responsibilities
Support Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Product to refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Perform competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions
Drive Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to prioritize features, manage product development cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
Enhance User Experience: Partner with UX and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and retention
Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement materials
Monitor Performance and Drive Improvements: Track key performance metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to continuously iterate on product features and improve overall product value
Contribute to Product Leadership: Act as a thought partner to the Head of Product, providing insights and recommendations that influence product direction and strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS products
Proven experience executing product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from concept to launch
Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to inform strategic decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience working with agile development methodologies and product management tools
A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of how to build products that deliver exceptional user experiences
Knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with software engineering principles
