Policy Enforcement Manager
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Policy Enforcement Manager dedicated to enforcing the policies of YouTube’s Partner Program. The role involves driving strategy and enforcement approaches for various policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize scalable policies and enhance user safety on the platform.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for specific areas of vertical performance and extended workforce operations, including quality
Research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns of abuse across the team’s policy areas
Demonstrate a solid understanding of how our YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies impact YouTube users, platform changes and new product launches
Holds general working knowledge of operations across team with deep expertise in infrastructure/operations and metrics
Liaise with policy, Public Relations, Legal and Partnerships teams to craft and implement process solutions to emerging threats and improve creator education
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in content policy, anti-abuse or customer support operations
Experience in development and usage of LLMs in operations
Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotations, weekends, and holiday hours
Preferred
6 years of prior work experience, ideally in content policy, anti-abuse or customer support operations, reviewing content or answering user questions and working with vendors
Ability to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive impact
Ability to structure complex problems, conduct in-depth analytical search, and drive impact
