Responsibilities

Develop UCC Renewal and Expansion strategy for Public Sector Renewal customers through collaboration with OCI and DP rep(s) to align with overall account plan. 10% Ensure team and customer alignment
Analyze customer data to measure consumption forecast and trends against current UCC contract commit.10% Early identification of customers who are at risk of forfeiture; candidates for expansion agreements
Conduct monthly meetings with each customer to review consumption results as compared to contract commit. 20% Communicate early and often with customers so they understand where they stand against their UCC commit
Identity customers who are at risk of forfeiture; proactively develop and implement action plan to address. Initial outreach to customer to connect. 15% Reduce risk of forfeiture, increase renewal rate, improved customer SAT
Identify customers who are consuming in overages; develop mindful Expansion plan and proposal. Initial outreach to customer to connect. 15% Capture Expansion agreements that align with Oracle’s objectives
Lead process for Oracle DAS approval and quote/OD generation for UCC Renewal and Expansion agreements. 15% Develop contract terms that meet the objectives for Oracle and the customer
Manage the customer buying process, in close alignment with the OCI / DP rep(s), to close the Renewal and Expansion agreements. 15% Negotiate deal terms and close business in timely manner

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in sales
Five or more years of high-tech sales experience
Ability to communicate effectively with high level decision makers
Ability to work independently and detail oriented
Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent
Work involves problem solving skills with assistance and mentorship in understanding company policies and procedures
Critical Thinking is key with this job
Works collaboratively with team on complex deals that require strong attention to detail with needed supervision
Seeks intervention from their manager on complex deals that fall outside of existing guidelines

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
