Required

Must be a current student in UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism
Interns will work 30 hours a week for 8.5 weeks, June-August 2026
Passion for journalism and the internet, including keeping a pulse on what's trending
Knowledge of the Bay Area
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with online publications
Experience at a school newspaper/magazine or similar publication
Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
Familiarity with social media, particularly Twitter, Instagram and Reddit
