In this role, you will be responsible for processing multi-state bi-weekly and monthly payrolls and supporting HR Operations with payroll inquiries and system implementation.

Responsibilities
Process US biweekly payrolls to ensure timely and accurate paychecks using ADP Smart Compliance and ADP Globalview
Perform accurate calculation for new hires, terminations, LOAs, third party sick pay and salary changes
Issuance of off cycle manual payments based on payroll procedures and State requirements
Review of severance agreements and payments according to the terms
Conduct Peer-review for any transactions issued by Payroll team members
Follows Corporate SOX internal controls and uses the pre and post audits cycle checklists to maintain compliance
Research sophisticated and critical issues while meeting Payroll SLA’s
Assist with Payroll implementation work
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of ADP payroll processing is vital
At least 5 years payroll processing experience
Excellent communication skills
Team player/Multi-Tasking
Experience in handling projects
Requires knowledge of payroll tax regulations to interpret Federal and state laws
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
Prior payroll implementation experience is a plus
