Inside Sales Representative
Lumberman's Wholesale, INC is a family-owned building materials distribution business with a strong team culture. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to create meaningful relationships with customers, manage orders, and grow sales for the company.
Responsibilities
Create and develop meaningful relationships with our customers
Enter orders, quotes, returns
Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and develop accounts
Answer customer questions and concerns
Make outreach calls and emails to customers with current sales or promotions
Grow sales for the company and assigned account list
Provide first class service to new and longtime customers
Communication with territory managers and management team on customer feedback and product reception
Qualification
Required
The right candidate will be comfortable on the phone and computer working with our customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Flexible and able to adapt quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work onsite in Montgomery, IL, while effectively collaborating with the sales team
Preferred
Previous inside sales experience or related experience preferred, but not mandatory, willing to train the right person
