Responsibilities
Leading full-cycle recruitment for operations roles in manufacturing, life sciences, engineering, and quality, with exposure to pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated environments
Developing innovative sourcing strategies and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent
Maintaining the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System, reporting on metrics, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align talent needs
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years' recruiting experience
Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and relationship development in a fast-paced environment
Possess technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools
Bring strong organizational skills and knowledge of the Phoenix local recruitment market
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or FDA-regulated industries
