Responsibilities

Manage relationships with internal and external customers to deliver application development offerings
Provide senior leadership for a large team of software and QA professionals
Supervise development and QA managers for effective software solutions delivery
Build effective software development teams with a focus on coaching and performance
Implement Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to customer guidelines
Create a positive team culture emphasizing support and collaboration
Resolve complex issues through teamwork and effective communication

Required

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience or equivalent experience in software engineering
8 years of software engineering experience
4 years leading software development teams of 30+ on multiple projects
4 years in strategic planning and resource allocation with hiring experience
Proficient in Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML, JAVA, and SQL Server/Postgres
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Strong mentoring skills and excellent communication for stakeholder management
