Responsibilities
Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met
Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence, and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met
Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met
Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED AND Two (2) years of direct job-related experience
OR One (1) year of experience at the lower level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent
Preferred
High school diploma or GED AND Two (2) years of experience in roles such as interviewing, collections, customer service, bookkeeping, legal or paralegal work, or similar related fields
High school diploma or GED AND Two (2) years of experience working in a professional office environment
