As an R&D Intern, you will gain hands-on lab experience in biosensor device fabrication, integration, and testing while contributing to innovative biosensing technologies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Perform routine ELISA assays and analyze results using a plate reader
Conduct literature reviews to refine and improve electrochemical/optical assay fabrication processes, enhancing performance and reproducibility
Interpret experimental data and troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure steady progress
Collaborate closely with the R&D team to drive projects forward and meet milestones efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Hands-on expertise in ELISA
Strong wet-lab fundamentals, including accurate pipetting, chemical handling, and solution preparation
Experience running ELISAs and operating plate readers for absorbance/fluorescence measurements
Positive attitude, strong learning and growth mindset, and a collaborative team approach
