Responsibilities
Own balance sheet accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities as the Senior Accountant
Support financial integration efforts related to the upcoming merger as the Senior Accountant
Prepare and review journal entries, schedules, and financial reports in accordance with GAAP as the Senior Accountant
Partner with leadership to ensure consistent accounting practices across entities as the Senior Accountant
Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and reporting enhancements as the Senior Accountant
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; accounting or finance background strongly valued
Solid balance sheet accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven environments is helpful, but not required
