Responsibilities
Using various information technology applications such as Microsoft applications, Document & Matter Management (DMM), Statewide Financial System (SFS), Pipeline Audit System (PAS), Smartsheet, and others
Answering and directing telephone calls appropriately
Greeting visitors or callers; handling inquiries or directing them to the appropriate persons
Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, appearances, events, and conference calls
Completing forms and compiling reports in accordance with agency procedures
Ensuring all relevant Office records are maintained and easily accessible
Distributing proposed session agendas and other documents appropriately
Establishing and maintaining project tracking system for upcoming deadlines
Reviewing documents such as draft Orders, placeholder memos, and log letter responses prepared by staff to ensure documents are complete and thorough
Operating and maintaining office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
Training newly hired support staff
Additional relevant duties may be required, as directed
Qualification
Required
One year of clerical experience
