Responsibilities
Identify and assist with continuous improvement projects on production units
Develop, track and analyze plant performance and Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Support work associated with sites digitalization ambitions
Develop standardized documentation forms, instructions, batch sheets, etc
Assist with improving the organization and storage of information and equipment asset registers across site
Qualification
Required
Completion of Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Materials / Composites Engineering
Strong interest in materials and data analysis, as well as excellent attention to detail
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Good communication skills
Thorough, accurate, self-motivated, flexible, a good team player yet able to proactively work alone
Ambitious, an excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Fully conversant with Google Workspace or MS Office
Ability to follow operating instructions and working procedures
Ability to carry out work with minimum supervision and with due regard to the Health and Safety of themselves and others
Fluent Technical English - written and spoken
Preferred
Recent graduates (within the past 12 months, ideally)
