Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and develop technical documentation while providing commentary to support engineering change proposals and broader program objectives
Planning and executing detailed technical analyses, reporting findings, and updating SE processes to remain aligned with PM AAA requirements
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain documentation consistency and contribute to the development of actionable technical reports that support decision-making and program integrity
Qualification
Required
Possess between four to six years of professional experience in systems engineering, preferably supporting Department of Defense acquisition programs
Demonstrate a strong background in engineering design reviews and technical analysis, as well as proficiency in handling a wide range of engineering documentation including specifications, interface control documents, engineering change proposals, test plans, reports, and comprehensive engineering analyses
Familiarity with systems engineering processes—such as configuration management, structured technical reviews, and process alignment—is essential
Experience in navigating the full lifecycle of defense acquisition systems—from requirements definition through validation and sustainment—is required
Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills are necessary to articulate complex engineering concepts across technical and managerial domains
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
A current and active Secret clearance is mandatory to participate in classified program activities and maintain compliance with federal security protocols
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with a preference for Electrical or Vehicle Electronics fields due to the complexity of AAV systems
