Responsibilities
Deliver, demonstrate, and properly fit medical devices for patients
Educate patients on correct product usage, care, and troubleshooting
Travel daily throughout Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens/Brooklyn to complete deliveries
Provide exceptional customer service and address patient questions or concerns
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service
Maintain a professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable driving every day
Must be willing to make daily deliveries throughout Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens/Brooklyn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, dependable work ethic
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare, or patient-facing roles
Experience educating patients or customers on product usage
