Responsibilities
Program and commission integrated residential systems, including lighting control, AV control, networking, and automation platforms such as Lutron and Savant
Build racks, terminate wiring, and deliver clean, reliable systems
Work inside finished, high-end homes where cleanliness, discretion, and precision matter
Collaborate with a team that works hard, is eager to grow, and stays ego-free
Troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune systems on-site and remotely
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience programming and installing residential AV systems in private homes
Experience programming AV control systems and residential networks
Ability to think holistically across lighting, AV, networking, and control
Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail and pride in system behavior
Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet the travel requirements described above
