Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support cybersecurity controls for OT / ICS environments
Work directly with clients to gather security and compliance requirements
Translate requirements into written technical specifications for vendors
Ensure compliance with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO frameworks
Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system integration validation
Secure and maintain:
SCADA and Distributed Control Systems
PLCs, RTUs, relays, actuators
Servers, HMIs, operating systems, and applications
Perform system hardening, patching, antivirus, backups, and recovery
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution
Troubleshoot during deployments and ongoing operations
Document system configurations and compliance evidence
Qualification
Required
Hands-on OT / ICS cybersecurity experience is required
5–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or OT environments
Experience with SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, or industrial automation systems
Strong knowledge of Windows domain and local security
Solid understanding of networking (firewalls, ACLs, routing, segmentation)
Experience applying cybersecurity frameworks in regulated environments
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on client sites
