Responsibilities

Handle all Desktop Device incidents (hardware, software, connectivity) and drive them through to resolution
Provide IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk Side Support services
Manage both hard and soft break-fix support for laptops and desktops
Deliver support and lifecycle maintenance of all field desktop devices, including remote management where applicable
Ensure deployment, patching, updates, and hardware replacement using vendor-provided spares
Monitor and manage standard hardware/software environments, including OS and Office applications
Analyse incident data and Service Desk logs to identify training gaps or automation opportunities for end-users
Ensure each device is imaged with the correct standard OS image and company-compliant configurations
Monitor antivirus and security compliance across all endpoints; take corrective action in case of deviation
Provide VIP support as per contract terms and serve as the primary on-site IT contact if no other support teams are available (e.g., for MI calls)
Collaborate closely with the remote service desk and escalation teams as needed

Required

Experience with desktop/laptop troubleshooting, OS installation, hardware swaps
Familiarity with enterprise tools (SCCM, remote desktop tools, ticketing systems)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Self-driven, punctual, and able to work independently
Understanding of basic networking, antivirus, and security protocols

Preferred

Skillset: EUC Level 1 (Desktop Support)
Support Type: Ticket-based (Hourly/Daily)
