Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team by providing training, guidance, and performance oversight as the Accounts Payable Manager
Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, tax review, approvals, and weekly payment cycles
Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollments, and ongoing vendor relationships
Reconcile AP ledger accounts, review aging reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly
Support the month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures as the Accounts Payable Manager
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience supervising an AP team in a high‑volume environment
Strong proficiency with AP systems and Excel, with demonstrated process‑improvement capability
