Responsibilities
Support and assist with packaging pharmaceutical products following SOPs, cGMPs, FDA standards, and batch record requirements
Operate and monitor packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, bundlers, and shrink wrappers
Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and test runs for different products and batch sizes
Complete packaging tasks accurately and efficiently per work orders and specifications
Maintain accurate batch records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with production teams and other departments to meet daily production goals
Identify, report, and assist with investigating deviations from processes or procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packaging environment
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and assigning personnel as needed
Train and mentor new or junior packaging technicians
Support SOP development and documentation when needed
Work overtime or weekends as required by production demands
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech cGMP-regulated environment
Prior packaging experience strongly preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills
Ability to read and interpret SOPs, safety policies, and technical instructions
Working knowledge of cGMPs and regulated manufacturing environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work additional hours as business needs require
Preferred
Solid dose manufacturing experience
Associate's degree or some college coursework
