Recruiting Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Lead high-volume sourcing strategy and proactive talent pipeline development across multiple U.S. locations to support ongoing and forecasted hiring needs
Design, execute, and optimize sourcing approaches aligned with workforce planning, labor market trends, and business priorities
Build and maintain ready-to-interview talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and support continuous hiring demand
Analyze sourcing performance, pipeline health, and candidate conversion data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and independently adjust strategy
Own applicant tracking system (ATS) administration, configuration, and governance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and audit readiness
Manage requisition setup, approvals, postings, and hiring workflows in alignment with internal policies and employment regulations
Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decision-making and workforce planning
Partner with internal stakeholders and Talent Acquisition team members to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities and KPIs
Support hiring initiatives including hiring events, community outreach, agency partnerships, and new unit openings
Oversee offer preparation and onboarding coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all candidates and hiring data

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2–3 years of experience in recruiting operations, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume environments
Strong experience managing sourcing pipelines and proactive candidate outreach
Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in sourcing strategy, prioritization, and operational decision-making
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and recommend process improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team
Ability to travel up to 20% as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Bilingual (spoken) preferred
