Account Executive

Responsibilities
Serve as primary support to account lead by organizing team/client meetings, managing project timelines, and documenting progress internally and externally
Apply knowledge of the client’s brand and goals to ensure execution aligns with overall strategy
Collaborate with team members to translate campaign objectives into actionable tasks
Build familiarity with client preferences and anticipate needs to streamline delivery
Prepare client meeting agendas and recap notes; track action items to ensure follow-through
Maintain production schedules and facilitate campaign workflows to keep projects on time
Troubleshoot project issues and propose solutions to keep deliverables on track
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Write copy aligned with brand identity guidelines, adapting messaging for digital audiences
Manage content calendars and identify/flag relevant real-time opportunities
Evaluate and refine content strategies under the guidance of senior team members
Assist in influencer brief development, light outreach, and deliverable tracking
Refine social listening proposals and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Actively participate as a mentee in professional development opportunities
Support senior teams by completing assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Serve as a role model in professionalism, communication, and attention to detail for junior peers or interns
Contribute to content performance reports, paid media metrics, and post-campaign recommendations
Identify and extract insights from digital campaign reports to inform client recommendations
Stay up-to-date on digital platform features, trends, and best practices relevant to client work
Exhibit desire for growth in role-specific skills and broader agency knowledge
Assist in maintaining and evolving a strong agency culture through participation and collaboration
Support team initiatives that improve process efficiency and client satisfaction
Begin to lead or collaborate on inter-team requests and projects
Qualification
Required
1+ years of agency experience in marketing, brand communications, or related
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, tone of voice)
Ability to spot potential problems and propose solutions
Thrives in environments where deadlines and priorities can shift quickly
Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
Personal interest in current events, politics, advocacy, and social media trends
