This role will own execution, coordination, and delivery across internal stakeholders and an external agency, ensuring new branding and messaging are successfully applied to a content-heavy website under a tight timeline.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of a website refresh from a business and delivery perspective
Own project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary day-to-day partner to an external design/development agency
Coordinate across brand, marketing, content, and technology teams
Manage QA, UAT, and launch readiness through go-live
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience leading digital or website initiatives
Proven experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
Experience with content-heavy websites; CMS familiarity (Drupal a plus)
Strong communication and documentation skills
