The Project Administrator will perform administrative functions, manage project timelines, and assist in producing detailed reports for various projects.

Responsibilities

Performs administrative functions of the workflow process and producing detailed, accurate deliverable reports for each project assigned
Establish and maintain deadlines, understand clients' needs, assist with production of reports, organize and maintain electronic files and folders, and manage data
Monitor office and breakroom supply inventory, coordinate ordering supplies, assist with organizing and executing office meetings and/or social functions
Learn and understand variety of reports, understand general scope of work according to contract(s), determine appropriate templates, confirm and publish report deadlines, guide team to remain on schedule
Enter information into project spreadsheets regarding timeline, work remaining, and payment disbursements
Create invoices, manage files and folders within formatting guidelines, maintaining updated CRM database

Required

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Two to five years of administrative work experience, preferably in an AEC related field, creating accurate detailed reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate professionally with internal and external parties
Exceptional proofreading, editing, content reading, and formatting skills
Proficient with current software and platforms including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Dynamics), Box, and Bluebeam
Ability to master additional software and platforms utilized or adopted by the company including, but not limited to, PlanGrid, FileMaker, and Quire

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree is desired preferably in English, business administration, or related field
