Wizehire is a growing jewelry store focused on high-quality pieces and a premium customer service experience. They are seeking a dynamic social media coordinator to enhance their brand presence online through optimized content and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Create and post high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (and others as needed)
Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Photograph jewelry and in-store content (or coordinate shoots)
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
Maintain a consistent brand look, voice, and aesthetic
Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner
Track performance (engagement, reach, growth, sales impact)
Stay up to date on social media trends and apply them to our brand
Collaborate on promotions, launches, giveaways, and campaigns

Required

Proven experience managing social media accounts (brand or personal)
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
Ability to create visually appealing content
Comfortable being on camera or directing on-camera content
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc)
Knowledge of jewelry, fashion, or luxury branding is a plus
Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven

Preferred

Experience growing a brand account
Influencer outreach or collaboration experience
Paid ads knowledge (Meta/TikTok)
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
