Responsibilities
Oversee the management of multiple complex projects related to state health planning, policy development, and research initiatives
Accountable for the oversight of lower-level project staff and the collection, compilation, analysis, and presentation of quantitative and qualitative data
Planning, coordination, participation in major statistical surveys, research studies, and reporting programs
Provide additional guidance and technical expertise in geographic information system (GIS) analysis and design, GIS programming, spatial data and technology integration, remote sensing applications, network and route analysis, and web mapping applications
Development and analysis of complex specifications such as flowcharts, logic, and workflow diagrams
Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of research practices and statistical analysis programs, such as SAS, R, Stata, Tableau and Power BI
Strong understanding of data visualization, statistical testing, and design monitoring
Proven analytical thinking attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience
