Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance on gas and chemical distribution systems
Support semiconductor manufacturing operations
Execute equipment rework, repairs, and troubleshooting
Maintain life safety systems
Identify and respond to chemical system leaks
Read, interpret, and create P&IDs / PFDs
Write and maintain technical and compliance documentation
Assemble/disassemble manifolds, valves, vessels, and instrumentation
Perform helium leak checks
Work in cleanroom environments
Handle chemical packaging, consolidation, and hazardous waste
Use MS Excel and computer systems for data entry and documentation
Maintain strong housekeeping, quality, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
3+ years industrial maintenance / trades experience (plumbing, welding, oil field, manufacturing, mechanical work, or military equivalent)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read MSDS/SDS and technical drawings
Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
Candidates must be able to pass Fit for Duty
Walk 3–6 miles/day (75% of shift)
Lift 25–50 lbs
Climb ladders up to 12 feet (with fall protection)
Bend, kneel, reach overhead
Wear respirator and full PPE
Work with chemicals, solvents, and hazardous materials
Cleanroom work required
Preferred
Trade or vocational education OR Associate degree (technical)
Experience with Gas & chemical delivery systems (UHP preferred)
PLC troubleshooting
Startup & commissioning
Lockout/Tagout
P&ID / PFD interpretation
Continuous improvement
Ability to read gauges and precision instruments
Understand materials compatibility
Identify parts needed for repairs
MS Office / Excel proficiency
Semiconductor, chemical, or cleanroom experience = BIG PLUS
Military mechanical backgrounds highly encouraged
