Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate accounting team while overseeing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and applicable IFRS standards
Own the month-end close process across multiple entities, including financial statement preparation, complex accounting analysis, reconciliations, and oversight of fixed assets and capital projects
Manage internal and external audits, tax compliance, banking activities, and internal controls, while driving continuous improvements in accounting systems, processes, and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
9+ years of progressive experience ideally within public accounting or a large, complex corporate environment
Ability to work onsite in Phoenix five days per week
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting
