Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting process
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Collaborate with accountants and other finance team members
Month end and year end closing procedures, including G/L account analysis
G/L adjusting entries
Accounts payable and vendor relations
Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of combined accounting and finance experience
Experience with accounting software, preferably MRI, ProCore, SAGE, Timberline, Yardi, QuickBooks, JDEdwards, Netsuite
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter, highly organized, and motivated
Strong follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player, maintains professionalism at all times
Works independently and takes initiative as necessary
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher in accounting or business administration
Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant advantage
