Responsible for shaping and maintaining the organization’s data management architecture
Design, development, testing, and implementation of complex data management systems to ensure security, integrity, and efficiency of organizational data
Serve as a mentor and leader
May supervise or guide lower-level staff
Fostering growth and ensuring adherence to best practices
Requires advanced proficiency in running complex analytics tools
Forward-looking approach to data governance
Ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in data management and analytics
Strong expertise in data modeling, database architecture, and analytics tools
Ability to solve complex problems and ensure data security and accuracy
Clear communication skills
Leadership skills to mentor or guide staff
Adaptability to stay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving data needs
Preferred
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-8+ years of IT experience with emphasis in data management
