They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to assist with the protection of the company's digital assets, monitor security systems, and respond to security incidents.

Responsibilities
Apply cyber security policies and monitoring to Cloud and On-Perm environments
Monitor network and system activity for potential security threats and vulnerabilities
Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents and breaches
Perform routine security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
Help implement and maintain security tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
Document security incidents and create detailed reports for management review
Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
Support the IT team in maintaining compliance with company security policies and industry regulations
Participate in security awareness training for employees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent IT experience)
Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and security principles
Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., EDR, firewalls, SIEM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
Must live in Cleveland metro area. We are unable to provide relocation expenses
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred
Internship or coursework experience in cybersecurity or IT
Cloud service administration or other IT experience
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI) is a plus
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops are advantageous but not required
