Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional engineering and analytics initiatives focused on fraud detection and risk mitigation
Partner with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Define product requirements, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans
Manage project execution including milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines
Balance priorities across impact, cost, resourcing, risk, and success likelihood
Drive hands-on program management across the full SDLC, including system design, data flows, metrics, and release cycles
Communicate status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Operate independently while exercising strong judgment on escalation and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs
Strong ability to understand complex engineering, analytics, and business problems
Experience managing risk, dependencies, and delivery across distributed teams
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive execution
Preferred
Background in payments, fraud, finance, or digital commerce
Exposure to data analytics, machine learning, or fraud detection systems
Strong decision-making skills and comfort managing ambiguity
