Responsibilities
Partner with Foundation executive leadership to develop, implement, and measure regional fundraising strategies aligned with system-wide objectives
Manage and grow a portfolio of leadership and major gift donors, identifying and advancing opportunities for gifts of $25,000+ and beyond
Build trusted relationships with donors and prospective donors by aligning their philanthropic goals with Norton Children’s Hospital priorities
Design and execute strategic, personalized donor engagement plans encompassing identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
Serve as a central contributor to the Foundation’s major gifts strategy, collaborating across advancement functions to maximize donor impact
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of experience in major gift fundraising, including direct solicitation of gifts $25,000 and above
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Seven or more years of major gifts experience
Master's degree
Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) credential
