The HR Generalist is responsible for managing daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee support, and policy enforcement, while fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to divisional HR Business Partners across various locations
Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding
Maintain and update employee records with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
Support the creation and maintenance of the monthly HR scorecard and other reporting tools
Prepare and process complex HR documentation such as employment contracts, promotions, and terminations
Collaborate with HR leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance organizational culture
Support leaders by managing action item prioritization, tracking deadlines, and responding to inquiries
Assist in the development, rollout, and communication of HR policies and procedures
Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and systems

Required

Two years of previous HR experience (required)
Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Highly effective communication skills and a positive attitude
Proven time management skills: ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional judgment and common sense, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing employee-centric solutions
Results-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

A college degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred
Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred
