Independently and confidently give clear, concise, and practical guidance in a timely manner
Independently handle litigation and administrative hearings
Attend and participate in evening public meetings for school district clients as the representative from the Solicitor’s office
Qualification
Required
Excellent writing, research and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment
Proficiency with legal office software, document management and billing systems
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
Preferred
Experience in Education Law, and education-related field or other public sector legal experience
