Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support their team’s business operations. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and leading team events while fostering strong relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities
Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones and global office locations, ensuring your executive's time is optimized for their highest priorities
Build strong, trust-based relationships with each executive, anticipate needs and future challenges, and propose proactive solutions to enable effective decision-making
Develop an understanding of key stakeholders and foster effective working relationships across the broader organization to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment
Lead the planning and execution of team events, including off-sites and guest visits. Serve as a culture by designing and executing high-energy team events that cultivate a positive and productive organizational environment
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, detailed itineraries, and ground transport, ensuring a seamless experience for speaking engagements and office visits. Manage expense reporting and track team budgets with precision and fiscal responsibility
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred
3 years of administrative experience in supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution
